NFL Draft Rankings: Offensive Lineman

I'd like to point you over to the side of the blog... the rankings list for the NFL Draft have been updated and changed. Check them out!

1. Jake Long [Michigan] Offensive Tackle
Top 3 player in the draft this year, a dominate player at a position that any good team needs. Needs to improve his speed in stopping speed defensive ends off the corner.

2. Ryan Clady [Boise State] Offensive Tackle
Speedy offensive tackle who can get up the field and advance the play. Struggles on run blocking against over powering players.

3. Steve Justice [Wake Forest] Center
Justice would be a great player in a scheme that includes screen plays or getting pulled out of position to block. Would struggle to hold position without beating defender to point of contact. Undersized against large defensive tackles.

4. Jeff Otah [Pittsburgh] Offensive Tackle
Otah is a wildcard as an NFL player. While the ceiling is high, he is completely unpolished. He got by in the Big East on his size and strength alone, but against any speed defensive end or technician, he would be dominated.

5. Branden Albert [Virginia] Guard
Albert may be a possibility to move to tackle because of size. His huge 6-7 frame may cause large defensive tackles to overpower him. Would struggle against a nose guard.
