Missing Persons Report (5/30)

Have You Seen Me?
Tigers' CF Curtis Granderson
Last Seen: Striking out against left handed pitching.
Likely location: The batting cage; After starting the season on a .375 tear, Granderson has gotten ice cold in his first full month of May, batting .216
Pistons' SF Tayshaun Prince
Last seen: Passing up an open jumper
Likely location: The weight room. Prince is suffering from what appears to be a cyclical problem he has in the playoffs. He's only averaged 6 points in the last three games.
United States' Mens' Tennis
Last seen: 2003
Likely Location: Getting bounced from the French Open. The US has not had a win in a major in tennis since 2003 and with James Blake getting upset this week at Roland Garros, it seems that streak will continue.

Missing Persons Report (5/24)

HAVE YOU SEEN ME?

What was supposed to be just a few games is now overflowing into its third series. Johan Franzen, who has been out with concussion like symptoms since the Colorado series, will still be out for Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Finals.

Not having even seen the floor in the past two games of the NBA's Eastern Conference Finals, Jarvis Hayes appears to be a missing person. In his four games in the Orlando series, Hayes only averaged 4.25 minutes per game.

What was supposed to be a filling of a need has turned into a filling of a seat on the bench for the Boston Celtics. Sam Cassell has been a coach's decision DNP in the two games of the Eastern Conference Finals.

Batting .334 and playing a gold glove caliber shortstop sometimes isn't enough to help you see the field in major league baseball. Ramon Santiago, who hasn't played since May 15 and has only started 7 games this year, has greatly improved his offensive game which on most teams would lead to much more playing time.
