Which sucks.
By the way, I apologize for the lack of Tigers' content, but with two Detroit teams enthralled deep in the playoffs, I thought it would be best to ignore Major League Baseball's biggest disappointment.
Oh, and they still are a huge disappointment.
One guy who won't be a disappointment anymore is Jeremy Bonderman.
Bondo had surgery for a potential blood clot, which could cause him to miss the rest of the season.
Either the Tigers are having some really weird bad luck or something is being missed in the Tigers' training staff. This is the second pitcher in as many years to have a blood clot for the Tigers -- Kenny Rogers missed the majority of the year last year with one.
What hurts the most is it isn't the pitching staff that is awful now because they've been good of late. Its the offense.
Yes, that offense.
The Offense that was supposed to score 1,00 runs. The Offense that was supposed to be the best in baseball. The Offense that was supposed to score 8 runs a game.
So much for that idea.
