For the 2007-2008 NBA season, I'm afraid to say its gonna be a lot like last year. A couple
surprise teams trying to rebuild their franchise, and a couple of teams just running away. The Spurs are going to be even more dominant this year than last. The only compitition they had, Pheonix Suns-a semidecent at best, have traded away their only chance of stopping Duncan. In the East, the surprise team of the year will be the Boston Celtics. With a new and reved up team, the Celtics will be rolling with a roation starring Kevin Garnet, Paul Pierce, and Ray Allen. But, even with the powered up team, the team to beat in the East will once again be the Cleveland Cavaliers. The team most people predict are the Chicago Bulls, but I believe that they have no veteran leader, and will falter once the playoffs come around. Now I know what you are thinking: " You are a Detroit Pistons fan, what are you saying!!??" But let me finish, the Pistons will give the Cavaliers a run for their money, but tired legs and no "dominant" scorer will put the KING into the finals.

West Finals: San Antonio Spurs over Phoenix Suns in 6
East Finals: Cleveland Cavaliers over Detroit Pistons in 7
NBA Championship: San Antonio Spurs over Cleveland Cavaliers in 5

You've got to be kidding me.
The Pistons will dethrone
the "King." Tired legs also means experienced legs. Cleveland showed that they still have alot to learn with last years finals, and the Pistons are way ahead of the Cavs with the veterans being able to mentor the younger members of Detroit. Cleveland doesn't have an impactful experienced leader; they only have the "King" who didnt even play college ball. The Pistons will win the Central. No doubt about it.
Also, the finals will be Phoenix vs. Detroit.
Man, Cleveland doesnt even have two of its biggest names resigned yet (Sasha Pavlovic & Anderson Vareajo) no way they make it back to the finals.
